ROBB IS MOVING TO ST. LOUIS MARCH 1st!!! I'm still in shock myself actually. We've talked about this possibility for about a year and it is finally happening! We (mostly he) still has a lot of stuff to figure out, but it is really going to happen - he gave his notice to work today! He still has 2 cars and a lot of furniture to sell, he needs to buy a new car and last of all, a new job here would be nice too! I'm going to find him a place to live (not with me, of course) and a new bed, etc. I can't wait! It is always wonderful to see him, but this is about 1000X as exciting!
If you all wouldn't mind praying for us this month as we prepare for this, we would both really appreciate it!

The End is near...
My wonderful 3 week holiday is finally coming to an end. I really enjoyed it this year. I spent a lot of time with family, took a few road trips to visit friends, spent a lot of time reading and sleeping, and really grew a lot in my faith in the process. My roommate had recommended "Redeeming Love" and I'm so glad she did! It was about a man who marries a prostitute and her struggle to stay with him. It is intended to loosely replay the book of Hosea and to be an analogy for how God loves us unconditionally, but we don't see the beauty in being committed to him and we keep returning to our messy lives. It really hit me hard because I never realized how true it was. I also read "Blessed Are the Bored in Spirit", which is only really for people who were born and raised Catholic (Laura and Bob?) , but it was also excellent.
I bought a One Year Bible and I really want to be consistent about it. I've made it four days, so that's a start...ask me in June how that's going. Am I turning into my roommate Meredith? J/K!
On an unrelated note I'd just like to declare my utter dis-like for Gynocologists. Sure, we need them in the world, but not every woman ages 10-60 needs to be on The Pill! You'd think they could understand, "No means No!
Also, totally unrelated...I got a digital camera for Christmas, so as soon as I'm back at school and I igure out how to upload pictures, I'll post some. Yea!
